Why we split your order?

How to return?
Most Items bought on Yoins.com can be returned within 14 days after delivery. If there is no quality-related issue but you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item(s) and receive a refund within 14 days after delivery. Please note, we do not accept returned items that were sent back to you directly without checking with us first. Please contact us by mail before sending the item back to us for a refund.
The item different from the pictures? Or there is the quality problem?
If you find the item does not match the picture, please feel free to contact us via email. We will resend or refund after we confirm that it is our responsibility. We will appreciate it if you can send us some pictures of the shipping label, external packaging and the label inside the item.
